In a moment where happiness arrests my soul
I look out the window and witness a blue dawn
Just before the sun rises over the grassy knoll
As the sighing stars leave the sky withdrawn

In a crowded city street on a winter night, Sophia glanced at a clock tower and realized she was late coming home. With the same dread of a lost child, Sophia wandered the streets searching for a nearby train station. Although there were several lights positioned at every intersection, she felt as if every step took her further into some unseen black void.

Several snowflakes fell before Sophia eyes and a shiver suddenly ran through her whole body. Almost automatically, she walked into a dreary looking coffee shop with a dingy glass door. A small bell chimed out as she entered. Inside the place was badly lit, and there were onl

To make a sound more quiet than a shiver
Barely audible, yet to those who can hear
It is the most beautiful sound to grace their ears.

And she is not unlike that quaint little echo
An enchanting melody resonating faintly from a cave hollow
Bringing happiness and joy to the lost and weary souls
And lighting a bright candle in their hearts cold.

Two notes conjoin on a star lit river
The sound of two hearts beating close together
Barely audible, yet to those who can hear
It is the most beautiful sound to grace their ears.
